My passion for cars
I've always been around cars; my father is a mechanic and I grew up with cars around all of the time - since the late 1980's dad ran his own business, so there were always different cars around.
Current Projects
Escort mk1: The Escort was originally bought to use as a track car, and was modified to suit - loud, noisy, very fast, no heating, no soundproofing, hard suspension. I've since decided to put the car back on the road; so it is now about to undergo a further transformation back into a fast road car - keeping the speed and acceleration, but improving the comfort, braking and changing the suspension to suit road use. Lotus 7 replica: This project has been on and off for roughly 5-6 years now; getting to the point where there is not a lot left to do. We've recently re-done some of the engine bits and are making a concerted effort to try and get this car finished this year! (Read more)
Porsche 911 Turbo: My current car, and one I've always lusted after. I've started to do a few little bits and pieces; updating it here and there, and renewing a few parts. Pictures, info and links to some good websites. (Read more)
Previous Projects
MR2 mk1: Bought initially to use as a cheap runabout, we went a little overboard on this one and it ended up becoming a 260bhp turbocharged monster with a really subtle bodykit. One of our biggest projects to date. (not online yet)
